Technical Vulnerability Assessment

This service seeks to identify any active threats in high-risk areas in advance of any sensitive activity occurring in the spaces. This service is most effective when conducted prior to any high-risk activities or meetings. Assessments can be completed in any critical space, such as an office, off-site meeting space, hotel suite, home, or vehicle. Regularly scheduled inspections at random intervals should be considered in the highest risk spaces in order to establish a baseline of the native Radio Frequency (RF) environment and to provide the best possible protection. 

Live Wireless Monitoring

We utilize specialized technical security equipment designed to detect unauthorized and/or anomalous activity in the wireless environment. The equipment uses passive, continuous Radio Frequency (RF) monitoring to detect and help mitigate technical surveillance of our customers. The equipment identifies potential attacks that may use Wi-Fi, cellular, Bluetooth, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), and IEEE 802.15.4 Wide Personal Area Networks (WPAN), with real-time monitoring of the RF environment in sensitive spaces or anywhere else services are requested.

Location Assessment

Client locations located worldwide that employ critical teams focusing on strategic decision making, designing, developing, or manufacturing creative content or other sensitive spaces are at a higher risk for information loss or theft. Our assessment process focuses on the protection of physical data within these spaces and can be delivered upon customer request or determined need. We gather information to understand the risk and then make recommendations on further actions related to protecting the designated location.

Crisis Management

Our TSCM technicians can protect the flow of sensitive or highly confidential information during the planning, strategy development, and response phases during any crisis situation. These activities can occur in sensitive spaces used for public relations, executive protection, brand development, and legal discussions. Our TSCM services help provide spaces for teams and/or individuals to conduct sensitive and confidential work in highly secured spaces at the office, home, or on the road. We tailor these services to best fit the needs and sensitivities around the situation and work closely with the customer to ensure the utmost confidentiality.  

Event Assessment/ Support

An event is a short-term one-time instance such as a last-minute high-risk meeting or an off-site client event. We gather information to understand the risk and make recommendations to best protect any sensitive information during the event. Our team can provide a range of services in support of events where sensitive activities may occur, such as private green rooms for high-risk clients, meetings deemed highly sensitive and confidential, or spaces where IP content and products are displayed on site. Services may range from technical security inspections, wireless monitoring, countermeasure placement, and/or education, among others.   

Travel Support

Select customers engaging in activities at high risk for sensitive information loss may elect to receive TSCM services during their travels. We can secure workspaces from physical data loss to include but not limited to hotel suites, meeting rooms, and vehicles to ensure the highest degree of privacy possible.
